The course is relevant to managers, customer facing employees and SME’s.
The course includes 10 interactive and participative modules, each with a quiz to test understanding of course content. The online (LMS: learning management system) platform supports multi-media and contains a resource library. The programme includes process and system templates that can be used in the workplace. In other words the course is not another soft & fuzzy customer service project. This course is functional and is designed to deliver performance.
Although the course can be followed as is it can also be customised to corporate needs. For example we can build in the corporate vision and strategy into the course content. Indeed, this would be useful so that you can track employee participation and understanding of key topics and company strategy. Some companies may prefer to host the course on their own server and platform in which case content and pricing can be discussed.
Users can enrol as individuals or corporates/organisations can enroll users as a group.
