Training for improved performance or to comply with required standards or perhaps to communicate a clear message through the organisation? We have a number dynamic training services to choose from.

We have developed our own course (Yes Please) on a learning management system (LMS). The objective of this course is to develop and improve the customer experience provided by your company using online resources.

Raptup also offer other opportunities in training;

  • Run workshops and presentations on customer experience management.
  • We also train people to create dynamic presentations and also offer MS Office training.

The eLearning courses typically include elements of video, flash presentations, quizzes/tests, knowledge base articles (e.g. PDF documents) and reporting management.

For example, you might be a specialist in beekeeping and want to set up an e-learning course. We can look at a scenario where we build an online course for you and then set it up with functionality such as e-commerce. We can either both take a share of the margin or you could pay for our design and development costs and the site then becomes yours to manage. We are flexible about that type of agreement.
